When we founded Capsa, we weren't solving a hypothetical problem. Between us, we had spent years working in private equity and building machine learning systems from the ground up, and we had a clear view of what the world’s private capital funds were missing: institutional intelligence. The accumulated knowledge of how a fund thinks, what it has seen, and what it has learned, that once only existed in scattered systems and in people's heads. When they left, it left with them. When a new deal arrived, it started from scratch. 

We built Capsa to change that. It’s the AI operating system that indexes everything a fund knows, including every memo, every conversation, every decision and its outcome, and makes that intelligence available on every deal that follows, for every member of the team. It compounds and gets sharper over time, and the firms already using it are never going back. 

Today we're announcing our $18M Series A, co-led by TX Ventures and Pivot Investment Partners, with participation from Bek Ventures and continued support from Outward VC, Antler, and Cornerstone VC, alongside our angel investors including Paul Forster, co-founder of Indeed.  

This capital lets us continue to scale Capsa within major private capital firms globally, grow our world-class team in London and New York, and take the platform's agentic capabilities even further. Private capital is one of the most data-intensive industries on earth, and it has been chronically underserved by technology. We intend to change that.
