Our story

Private capital is one of the most data-intensive industries on earth and one of the most underserved by technology. Trillions in assets are still tracked across PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets. Investment professionals lose hundreds of hours a year to manual search and analysis, and when deals close and people move on, the judgment behind every decision walks out the door.

Danyal Özdüzenciler and Callum Downie founded Capsa in 2024 to change that. Danyal had sat through more than 50 due diligence processes inside private equity and investment banking; Callum had built conplex AI products from the ground up. Together they set out to build not another chat interface, but infrastructure purpose-built for how private capital actually works.
