April 2026 Updates
We're excited to share what we built in April. This month's updates bring a way to codify how your team works, third-party tool connections inside the assistant, cleaner table outputs, and stronger Outlook search.
Skills
Skills let you and your team codify the way you work in Capsa. How you structure IC memos, how you benchmark portfolio companies, down to your personal output preferences. Build a Skill once and Capsa applies it automatically whenever the context fits.
Skills can stay private to you or be shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same standards.
Read the full Skills guide for where to start.

MCPs Enabled
The Capsa assistant now supports MCP connections. Toggle on tools like Granola, Krisp and others directly within the assistant, then ask questions, pull context, and act on data from those tools without leaving Capsa.
Capsa now plugs into the systems your team already relies on, so deal work stays in one place.

Improved Outlook search
Outlook search now handles longer emails and larger inboxes far better. Combined with the existing two-way sync, Capsa makes deal communication searchable alongside deal data.
Retrieval stays fast and reliable across high-volume inboxes, so nothing gets lost in the noise.

Enhanced Table Artifacts
Table artifacts are now live. Outputs come through as cleaner tables in .XLSX and .CSV, easier to read, review, and export.
Every figure carries a citation linking back to its original source, so the output is structured, model-ready, and traceable.
