Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Location: London, UK (Hybrid, in-person 4 days per week).
Experience Required: 1–3 years in outbound SDR/BDR roles in B2B serving clients specifically within the private capital markets.
Network Required: Not required but a strong interest in private equity, finance, and/or AI is a plus.
Compensation: Highly competitive salary (uncapped).
Visa: Unfortunately, we don’t sponsor visas yet. You must have the right to work in the UK.
What You Will Own
As an SDR, you will be the tip of the spear for Capsa AI — creating pipeline, driving top-of-funnel activity, and helping us expand into the most sophisticated investor market in the world. You will work directly with the CRO, closely with the CEO and commercial team to identify high-value targets, craft compelling outreach, and spark the conversations that ultimately become multi £100k+ enterprise deals.
Pipeline generation: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Outbound excellence: Lead intelligent outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to senior PE professionals.
Discovery: Qualify inbound and outbound interest to identify real opportunities.
Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO, CRO and sales team to develop account strategies.
Sequencing & research: Build targeted outreach sequences and research PE firms, funds, and investment theses.
Market intelligence: Track signals — fundraises, acquisitions, hiring — to trigger outreach.
CRM excellence: Maintain accurate HubSpot data and contribute to process improvement.
Event support: Assist in prospect outreach around industry events and conferences.

1–3 years of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role specifically serving B2B clients within the private capital markets.
