We're focused, ambitious, and obsessed with building a category-defining company. In the last 12 months we've grown ARR 15x, achieved product–market fit with leading multi-billion-dollar PE firms, and expanded across the US, UK, and Europe. A major Series A is raised with leading VC investors. The focus now is scaling fast and becoming the defining vertical platform for the industry, and the GTM team is small enough that the next handful of hires will shape what this company becomes.

  • Compensation: Base $180k-$210k. OTE $220k-$255k plus meaningful equity.

The Role

Define how Capsa shows up to the market, and build the marketing engine that turns fast growth into hyper growth. 

This is the first senior marketing hire and it owns the function end to end. You'll set the strategy, build the team, and partner with the CEO and CRO on how Capsa is positioned, how we generate demand, and how the brand earns the right to be the category leader in private capital. You will inherit a strong Marketing Associate and you'll have real budget and runway to build from there. 

The product excels, the customers are referenceable, and the GTM team is scaling. What's missing is a marketing function that can compound demand, sharpen the story, and make Capsa unmissable to every fund we want as a customer. 

What you'll own 

  • The narrative. What Capsa stands for, who it's for, and why it matters. A clear, defensible story that runs consistently from founder communications and product launches through to long-form thought leadership. 

  • Founder voice. Work directly with the founders to shape the public-facing message and positioning of a category-defining AI company. You're the partner who turns conviction into communication. 

  • World-class content. Visual and video-led work that earns attention on LinkedIn, in inboxes, and across every channel that reaches private capital. Credibility, not noise. 

  • The demand engine. An inbound machine that compounds month on month. You carry a marketing-sourced pipeline target, reported weekly to the CEO and CRO, with the same discipline as sales. 

  • The measurement model. Reach, engagement, brand affinity, pipeline influence. Targets that mean something, reported in a rhythm the company can trust. 

  • Brand and presence. Website, design system, social, PR, owned events, executive briefings. The parts of the experience customers and candidates feel before they ever talk to us. 

  • Team and operating model. Build the team behind you. Set the cadence, the budget rhythm, and the working relationship with sales and product.

Track record

We're only looking to hire the best, and we'll compensate accordingly. A marketing leader who has scaled a function through Series A or B, and wants their next chapter to be defining a category. 

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing. Including scaling a function through Series A or B. You know what this stage looks like because you've been there. 

  • Pipeline contribution under your name. You've carried a marketing-sourced pipeline number and hit it. Comfortable being measured the same way sales is measured. 

  • Exceptional storyteller. You can take a complex idea (technical or otherwise) and turn it into a narrative that earns attention. Private capital is not an easy subject. The right candidate makes it feel inevitable. 

  • PR, comms, and social. You've run PR programmes, managed agencies, helped founders show up well in the press and on stage, and built social campaigns that actually move attention. 

  • A portfolio that shows taste. Originality, quality, and a clear point of view. We'd like to see what you're proud of. 

How you operate 

  • Strategic and hands-on. You can write a board narrative and a launch email in the same day. Senior enough to define the function, hands-on enough to ship the work. 

  • Strong point of view. You walk in with conviction about what good looks like, and you can defend your plan. We want someone who owns the position, not someone who waits for direction. 

  • Builder. You want to define how Capsa shows up. Low ego, high ownership, bias for action over planning theatre. 

  • Direct communicator. You make decisions, write them down clearly, and tell the team why. Comfortable disagreeing with founders when you believe you're right. 

Genuinely curious about AI. Using it to compound your own output and building it into how the function operates.
